A abstract (100-200 words) and keywords (5-10 words and phrases) should be submitted in English by speaker through the EasyChair conference management system.

PAPER FORMATTING GUIDELINES:

1) Papers must be in English and correspond to the topics of the conference.

2) Papers must contain original research information of scientific and/or practical value.

3) Papers (length of 3-5 pages) must contain the following sections:
• abstract (100-200 words)
• keywords (5-10 words and phrases)
• introduction
• problem statement
• the main part
• conclusion
• acknowledgements (if necessary)
• references

4) A paper should be submitted by speaker through the EasyChair conference management system.

5) Papers must fully comply with the technical requirements of the IEEE. Please insert the text of your paper directly into the template without changing the page and font settings: https://www.ieee.org/content/dam/ieee-org/ieee/web/org/conferences/conference-template-a4.docx

It is planned to publish the proceedings in IEEE Xplore Digital Library (final approval pending). Papers of IEEE Xplore Digital Library are indexed in Scopus and WoS.

ATTENTION:
1. Only those papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be presented by speakers at the conference sections and their results will be approved by the conference participants.
2. Foreign participants can participate in the conference online. Offline participation of Azerbaijani citizens is mandatory.

•  Online participation in the conference for foreign participants is free of charge
•  Payment of the conference fee is to be made by 01.03.2025 after confirmation of paper acceptance from the Organizing Committee.
•  If the conference is granted IEEE technical sponsorship, a 50% discount will be given to all IEEE members (half the amount will be refunded if the fee has been paid in full).

Fee includes: participation at the conference, participation in coffee breaks, information materials, publication of conference materials, publishing costs. Accommodation is not included. Participation in the cultural program includes a city tour.
